Right to withdraw from the contract

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which you acquired possession of the product or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the product.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can do this:

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever comes first.

Returning a product

You must return the product to the following address: train.space4u@gmail.com immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the product before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Return costs: You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. Due to the size and weight of the training equipment, these costs can be significant.

Product Condition: You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from use other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

Terms of return of training equipment

For a return to be accepted, the equipment must meet the following conditions:

The product has not been installed or used (you can only unpack it and inspect it)
The original packaging is intact and complete.
All accessories, manuals and documents are included
The product does not show any signs of use, assembly or damage.

Oversized products

For large exercise equipment (e.g., treadmills, elliptical trainers, benches, and racks), we recommend taking extra care when unpacking. If you plan to exercise your right of withdrawal, please keep the original packaging intact.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the event of:

Products made to consumer specifications (custom-made, personalized equipment)
Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after unsealing (e.g. exercise mats, protectors, training gloves)
Dietary supplements and nutritional supplements after opening the package

Complaints and warranty

All our products are covered by a statutory quality guarantee. If a product is defective, you have the right to make a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Many products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Details regarding the warranty period and terms can be found in the product description and in the documentation included with the device.
